Convivium Cooking accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Credit card orders are handled by PayPal, an eBay company. You do not have to become a PayPal member to make a purchase. Just click on the button "Order Convivium" above and you'll be taken to a secure payment page on PayPal's web site where you can pay with a major credit card.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually ship the next business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery with USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number to check the estimated delivery time after your order ships. Shipping and handling costs are calculated when you check out, but standard shipping is $5.00 for 1 game and an additional dollar for every other dinner game purchased in the US . We ship USPS domestically and internationally. Additional charges apply to international shipments.
Return Policy
We will take back any unopened games within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be added to your credit card for the cost of the game but not the shipping cost. If your game was damaged in shipping, please notify us within one week of receiving to arrange a replacement.
Non US Buyers
Since extra shipping costs are required for Non US buyers, please contact us using our contact form and tell us where you would like Convivium shipped. We will email you the total shipping fees.
Check or Money Orders
We'll gladly accept a check or money order for your purchase. Please contact us, tell us what you would like to order, and we'll send an invoice. Once payment is received we'll ship your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax for Florida residents is calculated at 7.0% when you checkout.
